What a quite comfortable stay, no complaints. The room was decent sized and pleasantly decorated with the balcony and the bathroom, for instance, superb service. Great and beautiful location, near Tram.

Possibly the best and very nice stay for two nights. Reasonably priced, recently renovated and well-organised room for a bidet. Fantastic and amazing location - an easy walk to Stay. Walking distance to the main shopping centre and a shopping centre across the street.

The accommodation was stylish with outstandingly accommodating and affable staff. Great and lovely location near tram and shops & Theatre, restaurants at new regent street, and the centre of Chch; early check-in. Near Tram. Generous and free breakfast - 4 star level.

The location was central, near all the restaurants, restaurants at new regent street and tourist tram & cathedral square, and there were a cathedral and a theatre close to the venue. And it was at a medium distance from Casa Publica, ate there couple of times.

Loved the place, had a nice stay for two nights at Hotel 115. The staff was outstandingly accommodating and amicable and responsive to requests. The room was en suite and large, no reason to complain. The location was marvellous and handy, not too far from Cathedral Square. Set in good area, restaurants and bistros were near the property.
The staff - some of them were very chatty.

nicely decorated hotel with brand-new rooms and magnificent view over the lake. very dedicated and particularly helpful staff, easy check in. comfortable beds, coffee and a good heating in the room. ideal location of the property, close to a cathedral and a theater. situated in a shopping area. next to a tram station.

The room is reasonably priced. It has unique interior design and PLEASANT view over the lake. Staff is outstandingly accommodating and amazingly nice and you can park your car outside. The setting is great and stunning, near events in the cbd, nice restaurants, and other sights, good area. There is Straits Cafe nearby for a cup of coffee.

The location of Hotel 115 was perfect for exploring the city. Right at the tram stop no.1, it was easy to get around. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable. The room, although a bit small, was clean and comfortable. Free wifi was a plus. I would recommend this hotel for its great location and friendly staff.

The rooms are very small.The breakfasts were disappointing and should be served in a breakfast room and not left outside the door of the bedroom
